I. Standard for Performance Testing of Beryllium Copper Non-sparking Tools

1. In hydrogen with concentration of (21.0±2.0)%, no gas is detonated by 20 drop hammer tests, or in hydrogen with concentration of (21.0±2.0)%, five rotational friction tests are carried out in one second, and no gas is detonated.

2. Standard No.: GB Ex II C (No Replaceable Products)

3. Hardness: HRC30-40. (Hardness requirements vary according to tools)

4. Breaking: δb105-120 kgf / mm²

5. Beryllium copper tools have anti-magnetic properties 

II. Standard for Performance Testing of Aluminum Bronze Non-spakring Tools

1. In ethylene with concentration of (7.8±0.5)%, no gas is detonated by 20 drop hammer tests, or in ethylene with concentration of (7.8±0.5)% , five rotary friction tests are conducted in one second, and no gas is detonated.

2. Standard No.: GB Ex II B

3. Hardness: HRC20-30. (Hardness requirements vary according to tools)

4. Breaking: δb75-85 kgf / mm²
