1. Beryllium Copper non-sparking tools

Classification of Non-Sparking Tools Materials

Beryllium copper is the universal recognized manufacturing material of non-sparking tools worldwide, which basic alloy is Beryllium element.

When the Beryllium copper no-sparking tools is impacted or rubbed at high speed, its mechanical energy is converted into heat energy when it acts on the surface of the object, and the surface temperature suddenly rises. However, due to its high conductivity and thermal conductivity, the heat of the working surface is rapidly transferred to other parts of the workpiece, and the heat of the working surface decreases dramatically. Some particles separated from the workpiece under impact or friction can not reach the temperature of the ignition source. The inter-metallic compounds of beryllium copper are relatively stable and have high melting point and are not easy to be oxidized violently. In high-speed impact or friction, although the temperature of the surface or some detached particles has increased, they can not react with oxygen and other combustible gases drastically, thus forming no ignition source. Furthermore, Beryllium cooper has non-magnetic properties in the presence of magnetic field. Therefore, this material is the best choice for making non-sparking tools.

2. Aluminum bronze non-sparking tools

Classification of Non-Sparking Tools Materials

When the Aluminium bronze non-sparking tools is impacted or rubbed at high speed, its mechanical energy is converted into heat energy when it acts on the surface of the object, and the surface temperature suddenly rises. However, due to its high conductivity and thermal conductivity, the heat of the working surface is rapidly transferred to other parts of the workpiece, and the heat of the working surface decreases dramatically. In high-speed impact or friction, although the temperature of the surface or some detached particles has increased, they can not react with oxygen and other combustible gases drastically, thus forming no ignition source. Therefore, this material is high quality for making non-sparking tools.
